Welcome to MealestroAI. We are a locally developed project in Ottawa designed to help families beat grocery inflation. By using our service, you agree to these common-sense rules.

1. Testing Phase ("As-Is")

MealestroAI is currently in a testing and development phase. While we aim for 100% uptime and accuracy, we provide the service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We appreciate your patience as we refine the engine.

2. AI Verification & Food Safety

Our AI helps generate recipe ideas and organizes store promotions, but it is not a chef, a doctor, or a nutritionist.

  • User Responsibility: You are responsible for verifying all AI-generated results.
  • Safety First: Always double-check cooking times, temperatures, and ingredient lists - especially if you or your family have food allergies or specific medical dietary requirements.

3. Prices & Store Inventory

We track public promotion data to find the best deals in Ottawa. However, we do not control the grocery stores:

  • We cannot guarantee that a price hasn't changed by the time you reach the store.
  • We cannot guarantee that an item will be in stock.
  • Prices and availability are provided for informational purposes only.

4. Plans, Refunds & Cancellations

We offer two ways to save, with details available at plan.mealestroai.com/pricing. Our goal is to provide value, not hold you hostage.

  • The Savings Concierge (Subscription): You can cancel this subscription at any time with a single click in your account settings. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers - if you aren't satisfied within your first 14 days, we will give you a full refund.
  • The Inflation Buster (One-Time): This is a one-time payment for a specific plan. Because digital access to the content is granted immediately, one-time payments for this plan are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property & Scraping

We spend a significant amount of time manually identifying "Hero Deals" and organizing this data for you. You agree not to use automated bots, scripts, or scrapers to extract our organized data for commercial use or to build competing services.

6. Payments

All payments are handled securely via Stripe. By subscribing to a plan or making a one-time purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge your provided payment method for the agreed-upon amount.

7. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
